Sunshine Circle Campground and RV Park

Campground and RV Park located near Lake Fork in East Texas. We offer RV ready sites with electric, water and sewer hookups and we offer Tent Camping Sites with and without utilities. Located at: 460 CR 1562, Alba, Texas 75410 which is about 1 mile East of Alba, Texas, and on the Southwest side of Lake Fork. Local nearby towns are Alba, Emory, Yantis, Quitman, Mineola and Grand Saline for all of your shopping needs.

Things to do: Fishing – Lake Fork is nearby (2000 feet from campground) and is recognized as the Big Bass Capitol of Texas with many of the States top 20 Bass being caught there. Lake Fork is also recognized as being a great crappie and catfish lake. The lake has some excellent restaurants for you to enjoy. Lake Tawakoni is nearby and is known as a great catfish and striper lake. Lake Holbrook and Lake Quitman are also nearby and offer swimming beaches and fishing. The Mineola Nature Preserve in Mineola has miles of hiking and cycling trails and a disc golf course. The Grand Saline Salt Palace is in Grand Saline and gives information about the history there.

The campground is in a quiet rural setting with a great view of the night sky. Bring your telescopes and enjoy the view. Campfires are welcome as long as a burn ban is not in effect. Public restroom on site with toilet, sink and shower.

Our Rates: RV Sites with sewer, water and electric $ 35 per night, $ 210 per week or $ 425 per month. Water sewer and electric included. Tent camping with utilities is $ 25 per night and primitive tent camping, without utilities, is $ 20 per night.

PARK RULES FOR SUNSHINE CIRCLE CAMPGROUND

Pets are allowed, A $75 per pet deposit is required. All pets must always remain on a leash at all times they are outside. Guests are required to clean up after their pets. All pets left tied outside must be accompanied by their owners at all times. Deposit is forfeited upon violation of these provisions. Growling and excessively barking and dogs are not allowed. Problem pets are at the sole discretion of the parks management if the pet will be allowed.

Quiet time is from 10 PM until 7 AM.

Campfires are allowed when burning is not prohibited or a public danger. Do not leave a fire burning in your absence. Make sure your fire is out and completely cooled prior to leaving. Please obey all fire safety standards.

Fences and or animal pens are not allowed.

Operating of a commercial business is not allowed inside the park.

Loud Music: Most patrons enjoy music; however, they don’t all listen to the same genre of music. This is an open space area. Please keep your music levels to a comfortable level as to not disturb others.

All RV lots have a waste disposal connection. Please pour all wastewater in the disposal connections and do not throw it out on the ground.

Guests are required to do their own lot maintenance. If Guest is unable to do so they can contact park management and work out an arrangement for park staff to maintain their lot for a fee.

All lots must be kept clean of your trash. Please inspect your lot and do a final cleaning before leaving. This includes cleaning your campfire area.

SUB-LEASING of lots is not allowed.

Alcohol is allowed but not sold on the premises, however, being a public nuisance from over drinking is not allowed.

One RV is the maximum allowed per site. All RV’s must be in good working condition and appearance. Two operating vehicles in good condition currently licensed and inspected are allowed per site, if additional parking becomes necessary for your visitors, please talk with the staff to find where to park. Please Park in the designated areas on your lot. Non-operating vehicles are not allowed. A dumpster is in the park by the restroom building.  All trash must be bagged then placed in the dumpster.

Utility connections are provided. Cost of utilities varies with lot amenities. Inquire with management to get an estimate of utility costs for a particular lot.

Sunshine Circle RV Park is privately owned, and the staff has all rights to terminate all contracts and privileges for violations of these rules or for being a public nuisance as determined by the management. All Patrons are considered as Guests.

Sunshine Circle Campground is set up as a pay as you go or prepaid campground like state and national parks. To extend your camping beyond your final reserved date you must pay for the next period requested before your final reserved date. Prepayment before expiration automatically extends the contract for the same agreed time period. Non- Payment prior to expiration terminates lease contracts and lots revert to current daily rental amounts until a new contract is negotiated. After contracted expiration date all services and utilities are automatically turned off as the lot is prepared for the next group so, please plan with the staff prior to expiration of your existing contract.
