Welcome to Sunshine Circle Campground. We are located just Southwest of Lake Fork Reservoir. We have 17 spacious lots with water, sewer and electric RV Hookups. We offer sites for overnight, weekly, monthly or semi annual campsites. Quiet area in a peaceful rural setting.
SUNSHINE CIRCLE CAMPGROUND AND RV PARK is located in Wood County, Texas, (address: 460 CR 1562, Alba, Tx. 75410) on the Southwest side of Lake Fork Reservoir (not lakefront) about 90 minutes East of Dallas. The campground is located approx. 1/4 mile from the Dale Creek Area of the Lake. Lake Fork has a large number of public and private boat ramps available.

Lake Fork Reservoir is nearby and has multiple public and private boat ramps. The lake was built for and provides water to the Dallas Metroplex area. This area is known as the Big Bass Capital of Texas and is the place to try for that new record bass you are always fishing for. The lake is also known as a great lake to fish for crappie and catfish. A Sabine River Authority maintained day use area is located at the Northeast corner of the highway 154 bridge which has covered picnic areas, childrens playground, boat ramp, pier and excellent shore fishing opportunities. This area is home to many good restaurants around the lake and in nearby towns.
Lake Holbrook is about 7 miles to the Southeast and is one of four Wood County Lakes built for recreation. The lake has multiple swimming areas and is a great lake for swimming, fishing and boating. Other local Wood County Lakes include: Lake Hawkins, Lake Quitman and Lake Winnsboro. All are great recreation lakes.
Lake Tawakoni is about 30 miles to the west and is known as a great lake for catfish and striper fishing.
Sunshine Circle has large spacious lots to give space between different groups for added privacy, security and enjoyment. Bright Star Water Corporation provides treated safe potable water. Wood County Electric Co-op is the electric provider. Sewer system was installed and is maintained by the staff. This is a great place for your base camp to go out and explore the East Texas area. Nearby towns include Alba, Emory, Quitman, Mineola, Yantis, Sulphur Springs and Grand Saline.
Campfires are allowed so bring your firewood.
The RV Park provides spacious lots with water, sewer and electric hookups. Tent and or popup camper sites are available with or without utiities. There is an on-site large restroom with toilet, sink and shower with hot and cold running water. The town of Alba is approximately 1.5 miles to the Southwest for your shopping convenience.
On a clear moonless night the starlit sky is amazing so bring your telescopes, binoculars and cameras to enjoy the night sky. Campfires are welcome but firewood is in short supply so you will have to bring what you need.
